Well when I came home today I found my sister and her two friends messing up the backyard...ok maybe I'm exaggerating. lol Becca came over so we decided to help. They were smoothing out the land where we are going to put the pool because last year it was very uneven. Anyway.... The girls were just having fun and had absolutely no idea what they were supposed to be doing! And being the fun sucker that I am I stepped in so we could get the job done and go swimming as soon as possible. They dumped water on the dirt to make it easier to level...I'm not sure exactly what in the world they were thinking but when Becca and I showed up, that's what we had to work with.
There was mud everywhere! We finally got it somewhat level...well good enough...lol We were absolutely filthy! It was great! Since we had our regular clothes on, we were careful not to mess them up, but our arms and legs were covered in mud... We all took our fair shares of 'almost falls' but I don't believe anyone got too badly damaged. =) We took an outdoor bath which took longer than taking a shower and changing our clothes would have....but it was way fun! =)
When Becc and I were all cleaned up she saw Sharon and one of her friends outside messing it up again! So I ran outside and sucked the fun yet again! I shouted "OK NO NO NO NO! We just got it right and you're NOT going to mess it up!" Yeah I get a little tense when the work I've done is being destroyed. But it was all good because they were just checking out the level which we weren't going to do until everything dried so it'd be accurate....but it was all good nonetheless.
Mud has never been so much fun! I plan on taking a mud bath very, very soon! =)

Thats what a old women who's had no kids would say.
Good job Woyda acting that way will keep the boys away.
Thats what my dad would say.

I wasn't sure if I should comment 'cause I was there watching you make the post, but I will anyways. That was sooo much fun! Hope we can do it again sometime, but maybe we can start the work instead of fixing it! =)
